The Milk & Honey Distillery is living proof that even the craziest dream can turn into reality with the help of ambition, the right people, and, well, a decent amount of cash. Gal Kalkshtein had a dream of establishing a whisky distillery and making an Israeli single malt whisky- and so he did.
Now, 8 years later, in addition to a successful visitor center, we have a variety of alcoholic beverages sold in 20 countries- like Israel’s first Single Malt Whisky, Levantine Gin, and Roots Liquor, among others. Having won several gold and silver medal awards in global competitions such as The Spirits Business and World Spirits Competition, it is safe to say that dreams can in fact come true.
